WHITE+ (Peking, Kina, Maybe Mars)
White+ is a Chinese minimalist krautrock band signed to Maybe Mars. It’s a project fronted by Zhang Shouwang, one of the most promising musicians of the Beijing rock scene and a key part to the recent creative uprising in the Chinese capital. Zhang is complemented by Wang Xu, drummer of the acclaimed The Gar. Together, they offer performances that are simultaneously artistically challenging and refreshing, so that the audience can just listen but also dance to the music. The previous line-up of White+, White, with Hang on the Box’s Shen Jing, toured Europe behind Einstürzende Neubaten in May 2008 as part of their CD release. This project around Zhang Shouwang has since quickly become one of China’s most sought after bands in the Chinese and international new music scene.
In 2012, White+ brought out their first, self-titled, album, recorded at the renowned Andere Baustelle studios in Germany and released on Maybe Mars. In November of the same year, White+ played at the Metrowaves Festival in Berlin.

MAI MAI MAI (Rom, It. Boring Machines)
Mai Mai Mai is the materialization of a travel in time and space, a mix of drone and ambient, steamy and phat techno beats, field recordings and soundscapes on the border between East and West. After the debut Theta LP (Boring Machines, 2013), Delta is his second release and second part of his journey across the Mediterranean Sea, through hidden memories, old unconscious and sounds of past experiences, put together and mixed today using tapes, synths and sequencers. We land on a stormy night and the tale of this new adventure begins.
This time our man is not alone either as he shares his trip with new fellows who are gonna leave a mark on Delta: Gianni Giublena Rosacroce and his clarinet, Cannibal Movie’s Donato Epiro’s organs, and Piovs and his Moog.

- CRANK STURGEON (Portland, Maine, US, Fluxus Montana)
Crank Sturgeon has been active in performance, installation, and sound art since 1992. A comical conceptualist, Crank blends pun and the profane into noisy, happy accidents. Accompanied by ridiculous costuming, athletic endurance, and audience participation, the end result is often a recipe that embraces the loud, the wet, and the celebratory. Also as an indefatigable nomad, Crank frequently tours his one man show across the USA and Europe; appearing as a featured artist at the NorCal Noise Festival, in Sacramento, CA; performing amplified badminton for the annual SPACE Block Party (curated by SPACE Gallery, in Portland, ME); building a life size hobo monoplane for the Festival of the Sacred and Profane (Peaks Island, Maine); as well as presenting “Husopathy”, a solo installation at the MEME Gallery in Cambridge, MA. In recent years, Crank has also been a resident at Projektwerkstatt, an experimental artist workspace in Leipzig, Germany; guest artist at CESTA, an intermedia residency in Tabor, Czech Republic; as well as countless festivals such as WORM (held at the Rotterdam Institute of Architecture, Rotterdam, Netherlands), Wez to Wylasç, Warsaw, Poland, and the Antennae Festival, Paris, France

CLAUDIO ROCCHETTI (Berlin, DE. Holiday)
Taking plaintive tones of drone music and early electronic and tape experiments, 3/4HadBeenEliminated former member Claudio Rocchetti has absolutely defined a sound, building a subtle, majestic landscape.
Using awide variety of instruments (synth, tone generators, organs, guitar, tape machines) he creates an absorbing sound that is mainly layers of loopsfading in and over each other, ethereal vocals, repetition, melody, noise.
An emotional resonance with a tinge of melancholia that permeates every moment and creates a sense of longing and nostalgia.
